Flavors Along the Way
Some of my most memorable moments don’t begin at landmarks or on a bike. They start with a plate. I enjoy losing myself in foreign flavors, letting curiosity lead over caution. Like smoky octopus in Barcelona, rich and simple, or my experience at a tiny omakase in Tokyo, where I sat among locals and passed their natto test. Food has a way of etching a place into memory. This space is where I share those edible adventures: the surprising, the challenging, and the meals that made me feel a little more connected to wherever I was.
