A few years ago, I stepped on a scale and saw a number that shocked me into action. I knew I had to make a change, but the routine had to seamlessly fit into my busy life. I hadn’t ridden a bike since I was a kid, but that didn’t stop me from buying one and hitting the trails. What started as a weight-loss goal quickly turned into a passion. Cycling gave my life freedom and clarity. It became a vital part of my daily routine, just as travel had been a central force in my life, offering meaning and perspective.

These days, my life is a blend of these two passions, often revolving around the next destination or the next challenging ride. Whether I’m weaving through the backstreets of Tokyo, hunting down the perfect pulpo dish in Barcelona, or simply stopping to soak in the stunning landscape, I travel to connect with people, cultures, but most importantly, myself. And back home, it’s my bike that provides the same sense of adventure and discovery.
